Ash was great in making me realize that whatever I could do was alright. No judgement or pressure. After regularly going to classes for 6 months, I can say that my body has become healthier. I am amazed by the ways my flexibility has improved. I went from touching my knees in a forward fold to touching the ground. My balance has improved also.
I am always thinking, I can’t do that move or I’m so awkward, then Ash will demonstrate the move over and over until I am less awkward and more confident. He is so good about explaining each move and giving tips to help you improve your movement.
It seems to me that Ash has trained rigorously and studied the arts he is teaching to become a supportive and knowledgeable role model and teacher. He has been instrumental in bringing me into a healthier mind and body space.
