Yoga Classes
Flow like Water
Sundays at 5:30pm
A traditional hatha yoga experience. Slow movement with intentional breathwork and messaging to tune in to the mind and body.
Tai Chi Classes
Flow into Stillness
Saturdays at 5:30pm
Warm up with Qigong energy-work exercises then practice the Yang Style long form of Tai Chi movements.
